Shipping and handling: We dispatch worldwide, rates are based on the table below. The largest/heaviest item in your shopping cart decides the postage rate for whole order. i.e. only one charge applies. UK orders over £150.00 in value are dispatched postage free.

Delivery schedule: We aim to process and dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving its full payment. On occasions there may be a slight delay in delivery of the items due to unexpected bulk orders, postal strikes, or if cheques arrive without a cheque card guarantee number on them.

Incomplete orders: In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply your first choice items, we will replace them with its closest alternative, unless you state not to do so.

Privacy policy: We do not disclose buyers information to any third parties for marketing purposes. We may occasionally contact our customers with details of special offers etc.

Returns policy: Any items returned for exchange or refund must be returned in an unsoiled condition and in its original packing. Claims for damage and shortages must be advised within 7 days from arrival. Goods incorrectly ordered and returned for credit are subject to a 20% administration fee unless otherwise agreed.
